How far civilization has come and plummeted, No wonder,
Whatever happened to the thinking man, the one who would ponder?
The one who would know the difference between bias and fair,
The one who would know whether you didn't give a toss or did actually care.
If the above was thought of in the truest of logic and respect,
I doubt you'd be fed by the false media much, killing off hype and jagged effect.
I'm not asking you to lock away and think in utter isolation,
Just to view things in a wider sense, avoiding mental procrastination.
The mental procrastination that leads you to pick up a tabloid before work,
one of the many devices, in which the recession of thought lurks.
Lurking in the shadow of a common man, waiting to pounce on his rationality,
Pouncing to such an effect, defaming the innocent front pager, to absolute criminality.
The power of words goes a long way ever since man appeared on earth's face,
From the wise words of Mohammed, to the words of Griffin's disgrace.
Griffin making racism and anarchy, an acceptable part of our nation,
Turning many of the "non-thinking" into feeling the glamour of their defamation,
A true tragedy of words used to trick, a true recession of thought in creation.
